All orders are processed within 2 - 12 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that express shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

For international orders, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VW DOLCÉ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

VW DOLCÉ is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
